I don't often leave reviews but this Home Depot left me so frustrated. I'm a university student who was buying a can of paint because I was revamping some old furniture to bring to my dorm as I don't have much money to be spending on new furniture. I picked out the colour, told the woman at the paint counter which finish I wanted and showed her the colour (flat, lilac). We even picked out the size of the paint can and the finish together. She told me she was then going to mix it and that it would take about 5 minutes. I told her that was fine and went and grabbed a brush and a sander while waiting. I got back and she was busy helping another customer so I waited. Another girl at the counter asked if I needed help and I told her that I was waiting for my paint to be finished. She pointed out that there was a finished can on the counter waiting (the same can I picked out). I told her that it was mine and asked if it had been mixed to be the lilac shade I picked out. She said yes. I purchased it and got home, opening it two days later to find out that the woman had never mixed the paint in the first place. Instead of driving all the way back, I went to Home Hardware in Maple Grove Plaza where they quickly mixed me a can of paint for cheaper and the customer service was infinitely better. I've tried contacting Home Depot three times now to let them know what happened (and to make sure that maybe they didn't leave my actual can of paint there and I took someone else's) but they refuse to pick up as they are "too busy". Very disappointed with the money and time I've lost.

Horrible service! My mother purchased an LG stove last month, scheduled to be delivered for July 18. Home Depot informed her that they LOST THE STOVE and had to spend a week tracking it down. When they finally found it, the delivery was scheduled for a window of 12-4 and the delivery men arrived at 4:30. They did not call when they arrived, they waited outside the house and we had to go to their truck to get them. The two men complained that they had to carry the new stove up a flight of stairs. She paid for the removal of her old stove which they refused to move, claiming that another truck would pick it up later. She spent an hour on hold on the phone, trying to figure out who would pick up the stove and when that would be. The woman on the phone was incredibly unhelpful other than submitting a complaint. Now her old stove will be sitting in the middle of her kitchen until September. TLDR: Do not buy LG appliances from Home Depot. In fact, don’t bother looking at their appliances at all! Home Hardware is a better option with good service

There all the time. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very rare to have to look for someone for help. Returns are a breeze. Love this store.

Flooring department and building materials associates are very helpful. Lyle helped me through with choosing proper flooring materials and proper installation instructions. Great place to go to buy and guided by competent associates. Price are very competitive as well. I enjoy coming to home depot.

It's a huge warehouse full of stuff for building and renovating. You can even special order certain things. They will cut wood here, and they offer tool rental, and delivery service and installation for certain things.
