I was very pleased with the customer support that Stanley B&D provided me. One of my pieces from a set I bought a while back needed replacement and the company did replace it for me just as it stated on the box with for no additional charges. Overall, I have been pleased with the products and customer service. I will definitely be a recurring customer.

Knowledgeable staff and very accommodating. They honored a warrant without proof of purchase. This location has a sale every other two weeks which last for two weeks. They can provide a calendar when the sales are on too.

Black & Decker carries many great products and tools! They do giveaways on social media like Instagram and Facebook. I recently just bought the 50ft hose works amazing.!!

My father worked for this company for 20 years. He died before collecting his pension. We assumed that our family would recieve his pension like most companies do. Except Stanley Black and Decker doesnt believe children should receive their parents pensions and gave us only 3% and claimed that was fair. This company is is so greedy it's disturbing. Also I was a certified Red Seal machinist for 20 years and I can honestly say that Black & Decker tools are garbage. Professionals never use their tools because they are designed for people who will never really use them. Most of their products are made of plastic and junk and maybe okay if you're just going to use them once or twice a year. But if you use them everyday they break down very quickly. For a few bucks more you can get a much better tool that will last from another brand.

If ur a tradesman and rely on ur tools u can't afford any down time then don't buy tools from Stanley or black & Decker. I always buy tools that r lifetime warranty well with Stanley lifetime warranty is only 1yr .usually lifetime warranty means free replacement any time. I went to Canadian tire with receipt it was over a yr but the package said lifetime Canadian tire said after 1 yr they can't replace it that I have to deal with the manufacturer and they also said if I had bought a Canadian tire product I would have bought it cheaper and have a replacement right away even without a receipt for life .if Stanley doesn't stand by their products don't buy them . If ur a professional tradesman don't buy junk don't buy Stanley or black and Decker lifetime warranty means direct replacement for life not 1yr for the amount of time I have put in to getting this replacement and Lord knows I need my tools for work I have to go out and buy another before I have my tool replaced because after one week of waiting who knows it could take another 2 weeks for them to mail it to me .and they have the nerve to tell me that I have to ship it to them y bother the tool cost me 35$ it cost 18$ to ship it I should just buy another one BUT IT WON'T BE STANLEY OR BLACK AND DECKER AND THAT'S FOR SURE LIFETIME OR NOT
