I've been shopping at this CT for decades now and, while I give the staff good marks for customer service, I can't wait til the new larger location opens. This week I checked for an item online, site showed there were 3 in stock in aisle 5. Went in and there were none to be found (not even a hook or bin for that item). Needed rope too, wandered the aisles but could not find rope anywhere (and as we know the store is not that big!) . I know the staff would have helped, but the store was busy and I was short on time. They've made the best of the tiny location but please be better organized in your new location!

Well, I decided to check out the new much larger Canadian Tire yesterday as I needed wood pellets for my home. I walked into the new store, as I would the old, walked up to the cashier and asked to purchase 30 bags of pellets, as I would the old store, just to be told that I could get a cart over there, load them yourself, at the back of the store, wheel them to your vehicle to load them again......you have got to be kidding me..... the old store I would back up to the pallet have help loading them into my truck and be on my way. I'm sorry Canadian Tire, thanks, but no thanks, I'll be getting my pellets elsewhere from now on, a bigger store doesn't necessarily mean a better store. I'm not impressed.

Tiny store. If you can't find it, ask one of their very helpful staff as it could be in stock, but no room on the shelf. New larger store opening soon. Should be a lot better.
