Just placed an order from the states to have food and a plant delivered to my mom for her birthday tomorrow. Quick and excellent response to this special request. You can find everything you need in this grocery store.

NIGHTMARE! I went in the grocery store, as I shopped here several times, as for store policy I wanted to exchange a meat product which was 90% fat and slime when I opened it. I spoke with the owner about this before her name is "Patsy". When I went in to purchase groceries and exchange the product a nutcase working there who's name is Kim (a short, overweight woman in her 40's) refused to exchange it, despite I spoke with the owner, I asked her "kim" to call Patsy, Kim refused, she began screaming at the top of her lungs "I am the manager! I am the manager!" so loud that everyone in the store was looking at her, even from the back of the store, as she was smirking. She continued to scream and yell, and said "Get the f*** out I run this store! Get out! This is my store!". How the owners allow someone like this to not only work, but manage this store is disturbing" This woman needs mental help and has clear anger issues, swears at customers, screams and scares customers, and does not follow simple store policies. I have never had someone act like this at a store, and ownership needs to fire this nutcase before they lose a lot of business because of her. Again the woman's name was "KIM". I highly suggest nobody attempt to return products or expect store policies to be followed as long as that woman is working at that store. She needs to be fired immediately, unless ownership has no problem with a so called manager screaming and swearing at the top of her lungs in a grocery store, simply because I asked her to contact the owner because she was not following store policy. UPDATE JULY 2018: The employee mentioned above "KIM" continues to work at the store, and has never been punished whatsoever for her actions and failure to abide by store policy, I had sent a complaint to SOBEY'S who owns Foodland, explained the occurrence, they are yet 4 months after the complaint to ever reply. This shows me that staff at this store can do as they please and harass customer's with no punishment, which shows other staff it is okay to act like that because nothing will happen, great way to run a business! On the positive note their are a lot of younger woman working there who are always friendly and polite, but this "KIM" individual how on earth she still works there, and is given a MANAGER POSITION proves the owners allow staff to act psychotic and swear at customers with no fear of them being reprimanded for their actions.
