Horrible company to deal with. Was able to verify via phone and email. Still say my email is a "free service". Which is not. No call back either. Incompetent "Customer Protection department". There are better alternatives out there. Avoid this company at all cost. This is also the same company as softwarecity.ca Simply avoid...

Two purchases in, I've had only good experiences with PC-Canada. So far, shipping has been fast, their prices competitive, and items appropriately packaged. I haven't had to process any refunds or deal much with their support, but the interactions I have had were always polite and friendly. If they keep having the right price on the gear I'm looking for, I won't think twice about placing another order.

bad service. ordered a laptop, the shipping cost is $8.99. I saw there was over 50+ in stock in ON. got email the day after the next day saying no pick up in BC, need to charge $18 shipping from warehouse to BC. I called and emailed back, and agreed the extra shipping charge. called me later for address verification, and I emailed back. Surprised to get another email today saying the price is up today, let me choose higher price or wait for next restocking. I checked there was still 9 in stock. I cannot be sure they will hold the price for me thought I agreed to wait. will cancel the order.
