Love my neighborhood hardware store. I’m not handy with tools, but luckily for me the staff in Pointe Hardware is always willing and happy to help me with my projects! Today it was my antique sewing machine. I lost the wing nuts! The staff took the time to help me find just the right size for my sewing machine. Thank you Pointe Hardware for your caring and help! Please support your neighborhood store by giving them your business! They are there for you when you need personalized help, in a way you can’t get from big-chain stores.

High level of service whether you are a contractor or you need advice on what type of nail or screw to use. For someone like myself who has little mechanical know how, I love to go there for direction and advice. Since our area predominantly has homes that were built in the 1920's, they are well supplied with the materials necessary to revitalize these type of homes. I just dropped off screens to be repaired and had some glass cut for 1950's era recessed lighting.

Love this place! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! They can counsel on a project and make recommendations and suggestions. They save me every time! And they have sweet dogs too 😁

The owner of this store was extremely rude and abrasive. Definitely not what is expected from a "mom and pop" shop. There are plenty of other hardware stores around here, with better customer service and prices. I highly recommend against giving them any business.

Found their prices on select hardware items much higher than nearby hardware stores such as Gilbert's Hardware on Harper between 8 and 9 mile rd. Also, the staff at Gilbert's were more pleasant to deal with.
