I can't believe people are moaning about the prices, they may be a tiny bit over places like homebase etc, but they are one store versus giant chains, I expect their prices to be slightly higher. And whilst they are only a small store I find their stock levels/ range far exceed these big "super" stores. Of all the years I have been a customer, I must have been served by every member of staff and their product knowledge is astounding. This is by FAR the most important store in Chelsea! Quite possibly London!

Have been a farmers customer for 12 years and can't stress how important a shop they are in Chelsea. I take my son in most Saturdays and always get what I come in for. Some of the tools I bought years ago are still going strong as the quality of goods is superb. In this day of internet and big stores, it's great to have such a good hardware store in the neighbourhood.
