A ton of stuff in a small place. If you can't find it, ask Better yet, ask first and let them find it for you! My experience was good, although I didn't try to return anything. Heads up that they don't want you to use a bank card for a bill less than 5UKP.

Well stocked, nice service, but just a tad pricey

Poor customer service. Ignores emails. This company goes under several names and does mail order too, including through Amazon (DealsDirect247). I paid a lot of expedited delivery, of which they dispatched no quicker than normal. When things started to go wrong they ignored emails and phone calls. Please support other businesses who may not be the cheapest but will provide customer service.

Untrustworthy- don't shop here. They have poor products, light bulbs which don't work and probably re-used, and they won't let you return things which don't work. They explain no return policy for things which don't work as "no guarantees".
