I was surprised, when I noticed the shop has two floors.. They have so many things in stock, definitely you would find something handy to buy.. 10/10

Appalling customer service, despite being a regular customer since the store opened. Bought a stud-finder for £25 that is so useless that it's not possible to tell if it's defective or not. Asked for assistance and was told to "read the manual". Then asked for refund and was told because the "package was opened" it wasn't possible to refund - only that they could return it to the manufacturer to test if it was broken. This visit upset my wife considerably, so I returned to ask again and ended up in a shouting match after I got the same "can't do anything" answer. The encounter ended when I said they guy was being an "arse about it" and he then claimed he wasn't going to take any more abuse. Was disappointed, as would have taken store credit... but guess we'll be looking for an alternative store.
