Visited my local PM for a price adjustment regarding a patio sectional since item dropped 100$ within 2 weeks - clerk rapidly and categorically responded “it’s against store rules” regarding a price adjustment and that was that. Requested to speak to a manager and he rudely told me he can’t do anything since 10 days had passed from the original purchase date. I live within 1 minute of driving distance from this store and have been a loyal customer spending thousands of dollars over the past years and this is how they treat customers. I was speechless. The clerk and “manager” were very unprofessional in suggesting that “it would be fraudulent” if I were to return the entire set for a full refund and that if I were to do so, he would then alert all surrounding stores about my attempt! (how is that even possible.) I could not believe what I just heard at that point. How rude, unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. Moreover, how damaging to the company’s branding and image. Being in the customer service space for over 30 years holding managerial positions over the years I would most definitely fire the 2 individuals that “served”me right on the spot- end of story and onto the next problem.. It was disgusting to witness how inexperienced people like that are employed- they should NEVER deal with the public despite current manpower shortages nowadays..I’m wondering at this point which clown hired these people, guess I’ll never meet that illustrious person. Oh well. I’ve never felt the need to leave any negative review whatsoever , never did. Felt compelled to do so today given one of the worst customer service experience. I may not of received my price adjustment but I’m convinced the upper management of this particular store wished they could revert this issue altogether .. regardless if for 1$ or 1000$.. I will regretfully take my business elsewhere.

Good locally owned hardware store. Good place for tools and building materials. I always check there first to support locally owned businesses.

I like the atmosphere (friendly and helpful). I usually find good stuff at a better price. Also, is a local shop, I'm not putting my money in trumpsters like home depot as long as I have a choice.
