Very helpful staff. Good variety of tools for your home. I bought adjustable wrench and pliers. The wrench didn't fit and I returned without any problem. You'll find good quality tools for reasonable price.

The staff here was exceptionally friend and I always find what I need. Parking garage is tricky to locate because the signage is quite small. ACE will vailidate the parking if you make a purchase. This ACE had a great selection of indoor plants.

Even though it's tucked away on the lower level of a parking garage at Tenleytown metro station, it has the customer service and vibe of an old school small town hardware store. No matter what crazy question or request I throw at the knowledgeable staff, they find a way to help me or direct me to someone who can.

I hate hardware stores such as Home Depot or Lowe's, but this place is fantastic. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. You can find anything you need in this fairly small store. I feel the prices are OK as well. You ca get keys done there as well or get custom cut blinds and woods.

Used it as my go-to place for hardware and supplies. Staff is helpful. Check out lines are minimal. Some items are more expensive than I would have thought and more expensive than big box, but this is so easy for a quick item that the difference is worth not having to drive to the burbs.
