WORST customer service ever. Absolutely UNRELIABLE in timing, especially the delivery part. Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend it at all. We bought a dishwasher more than 3 months ago and after several followups it was delivered yesterday after more than 3 months!! I had a really hard situation with my tenant, they are not paying the full rent because Home Depot was very unreliable in terms of timing.The first time it was supposed to be delivered sometime between 8-11 am which they came at 5 pm so it was rescheduled and the second time ( a month later) they didn't show up. What happened after that, I called and they said they will reschedule it for 3 weeks later. On the day of delivery, they called saying that there is a damage with dishwasher so it is not being delivered. After that, I kept calling Home Depot customer service and they kept saying that we will send an email to see when the dishwasher will be replaced and this took 2 more weeks! There was no answer at the end, they kept saying that they can not call the delivery company they only can send an email and nothing happened. So, after 2 weeks, I should take a day off to go to the Home Depot store. I went there and then they helped me to figure it out which took another week. Then I got a call from delivery company head office saying that it will be delivered on Saturday from 11 am - 2 pm. I was waiting until 8 pm. I tried to call but no one answered. Finally at 8:30 the delivery guy called me saying that he will come tomorrow between 12-2 pm. finally the dishwasher was delivered at 4pm !!!!

After ordering an Air-conditioner online, only to arrive in person and told that our order was cancelled as there were no left in stock. We were directed to George, the store's plumbing expert and couldn't have had a greater experience. George went above and beyond, to help us find a returned air con as well as parts from another system, ensuring that we left with a working unit on a very hot day. George was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and funny. Even though his shift was over and his ride was waiting, he would not leave until he was confident that we were satisfied with our air con. Thank you George!!!

I go here often to find items for my home, or tools for various tasks. While the place is great, there was a gentleman in the paint section who was awesome to deal with and went above and beyond to provide service and information for a bathroom paint job I did, it was my first paint job and I did not know much. The information and best practices provided allowed me to do a great job.
