Much better than the big retailers. I was looking for an in house specialist in railing... went to the large 3 and no one knew what they were talking about. Called this location, recommended Id speak to Mat. Mat was INCREDIBLY helpful, walked me through the verity of parts they offer in railing, gave recommendations, made a few phone calls to verify stock, and placed the order for me.

When I came in on a Sat morning, the 4 guys at the service desk were far more interested in talking with each other than helping me. It was a bother to come over to a product to explain to me, and they said I have to talk to a manager for more info, but the manager wasn't there that day. Just not much help at all.

Staff is helpful, cashiers are friendly. Can usually find what I'm looking for, good enough for a smaller store.

Under staffed, poorly laid out, and even after calling to ensure what I wanted was in stock, 2 employees stated the item I was looking for wasn't stocked at that location and was a special order item. Finally found the person I spoke to on the phone and got my item and left.

Rude and poorly stocked. Called about availability of a product. Guy I spoke to didn't bother taking the product number or checking when he told me that they didn't carry any of the aprox 30 similar products available on the website. Website only allows for local pick up, propping up this failing store. Found what I needed cheaper and with less hassle elsewhere
