So, I ordered some coils from them for the first time online. They sent it out in a very timely fashion and everything was great that way. Unfortunately, when they go here, they were the wrong coils. Still compatible with my tank, but not the ones I ordered for it. I called them up, let them know and they said they would be getting them in a few days and would send them out, and to keep the ones that I had received. Cool. Just when I started wondering if they sent them yet, I get home from work and someone tells me they were personally dropped off, to my house! I live in Shelburne 25 km away. I was shocked but so impressed that I had to leave a review. Great customer service and a fantastic experience. Thanks guys! Also, the shop is great and prices are on point. Juice selection is very good too.

I have been to this store twice in the past few weeks and had completely different experiences. My first time in the store was in the evening and the person on the counter did not really seem interested in helping, I felt I was imposing on them. I am relatively new to vaping, I have been to other stores in the area and I wanted to give this place a try. After realizing the clerk was not going to be that helpful I decided to leave. I like to give places more than one opportunity especially if I'm going to be doing reviews so I went back during the day about a week later. The person on the counter on this day was extremely helpful answer to all of my questions and I ended up buying a couple of bottles of juice. Overall the store is not too bad they have a wide variety of eJuice, the prices are comparable to other places, the selection is a little bit lower than I had anticipated, but they do have a line that they have created themselves and they were willing to give me a few samples on a dropper. Based on this experience I will definitely go back.
