Best tech repair I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many for constant repairs for my iPhones and laptop never have had such great, quick, fast, friendly and amazing prices all in one. Brought in my broken screened phone and dead laptop within one day both were fixed at an unbeatable combined cost. If anyone needs a repair I highly advise you go here!

They were the company of choice to take care of my computer. Charles offered THE BEST costumer service and reassured me that my computer was in good hands. They gave my laptop a second life in a very short amount of time. Don’t hesitate to chose them!

I thought my laptop was completely dead, I brought it to Snappy Techs with a slim hope of it being reparable. Service was super friendly, fast , great price and best of all its like I have a new laptop! Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

SCAM! I asked for a quotation on my broken laptop, and for a files recovery (that arrived 5 days late by the way). I ALWAYS said I DID NOT wanted to fix it. When I arrived to pay for the files recovery, Charles told me they fixed my computer for almost $800. Or I pay, or we go to court. I NEVER signed anything, and NEVER said yes to fix it, neither by mail or by the phone. This is BLACKMAILING. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!! EDIT to answer : The price on the bill was $785 so you made a discount of $260, not $425. Moreover, my friend that you had on the phone never told you to fix it. We always JUST asked for a quotation. Should I also say I had to call the police and that your manager blocked my number because she knew you guys were scamming me ? I'll keep thinking you just tried to steal my computer. Don't trust them guys. LAST EDIT : Well, don't make me look like a thief. I wanted to pay for what I asked, not for what you did behind my back. I never allowed you to fix this computer, and as you said, this is not something that we can rollback and bring back as it was. I just believe that you did it because you knew I was leaving the country and I couldn't take you to court. And after I called the police (please, not "we" because you and your manager refused every attempt of talking and agreeing together) , they told me that I had to take you to court because there were proofs that I asked you not to fix it, but as, once again, I'm leaving the country : or I had to pay the bill, or I had to leave my computer. I understand you tried your best to accommodate me, but just assume your mistakes then. I'm just letting the people know about your attempted fraud, breach of trust and unfair practice. No need to answer again and again. Here are the facts.
