Their self-closing inset hinges are so poorly manufactured, only 2 out of the 26 sets I purchased functioned correctly. Some had springs hanging out, others would not open, and virtually all were made in such a way that the could not close once installed. Check reviews for their products on sites like Home Depot. Lots of one star reviews for poorly manufactured products. Just awful. Waste of money, time, and effort. Avoid!

Awsome experience

The person at the cash was extremely rude. I asked a question and he responded very condescendingly. I asked him not to get so upset he pretty much responded that I asked a dumb question. I asked for the price of an item and pointed at it. He said there is 4 similar items, how do I expect him to know, and that I should have memorized the product number. When I went to get the product number he assumed I wasnt a member and told me he cannot serve me either way. He then kind of helped but looked overall like I had done something extemely wrong to him. This was my first and last time at that location. It's the managements responsibility to make sure employees arent rude. As a business owner myself I know that people are cruel with ratings and are sometimes impossible to please. That is why I rarely leave a bad rating. But this employee was bad enough to make an exception. I hope this rating is an eye opener. for the admin.
