Great place for gas and your automotive needs. Friendly knowledgeable staff and a wide selection of product offerings makes this almost a one stop shopping destination. This establishment is of an older variety but still significant compared to the new big box formats they're now building. The store is clean and well maintained.

The auto service guys saved us! We were driving through town and our brake caliper seized - wheel was smoking! They had the parts in stock and got everything replaced really quick for us. Thanks again guys, really appreciate it!

Charged for time they didn't spend. Spent under 1.5 hours servicing my vehicle and tried to charge me for 2.5 hours. Even after I brought it up they were reluctant to reduce it to the accurate number saying "I don't know why out boss does that, but we could get in trouble for taking money off." The convenience is not worth the price. Go to a local automotive shop that appreciates and values your business. They don't here.

Called to make a service appointment and was quoted a fair price. I asked for a lube oil and filter service, rotate and balance with general inspection. Was quoted $33 for complete balance then called back to say it would be $27 per tire due to light truck tires. My dealership charges $15 per tire no matter the size and the oil change is cheaper. Not sure why people call them stealerships.Canadian Tire is no longer my place to shop or do any business.

Staff are helpful and friendly but my only complaint about this place is that it Is literally the only Canadian tire out of all the ones in St.Catharines that I have ever been inside that has asked me to leave my backpack at customer service, would be nice to be able to feel like I can walk in with my backpack and be trusted not to shoplift. It makes me want to shop elsewhere.
