Was very surprised on the selection of Appliances, and learned I'm able to order any thing available through Sears. Great store, helpful, friendly staff. We will be back to buy when were back in town later in the month.

Went to the Hometown Sears store in Charlevoix. I needed a garden tractor. I was extremely happy with my purchase. I bought a Husqvarna, and got a super great deal. They had a friend's and family sale. On top of that I got a extra discount. I also, purchased a garden trailer. They got the tractor ready, put gas in it, and delivered for" Free". (You do not get service like that anymore). I moved to Charlevoix from Minnesota 2017. I recommend this store and will purchase there again. Thank you again for your knowledge and experience. Super pleased!!!!!

My father purchased a Kenmore Washer, Dryer and Sears Garden Tractor the same day. Everything has been great so far. One service issue with the appliances but Hometown was quick to address it. I've also bought some hard to find vacuum cleaner accessories in here as well. Knowledgeable staff, friendly people.
