I bought a steel wall cabinet for the garage. It said on the sale card it was $159.00. I bought two of them so I bring them home realize the staff have me the wrong product. I brought them back to the store to get the right ones and they say no sorry the ones you want are $549.00 there is nothing we can do. the store had the wrong label on the wrong product. they wanted 2 hours out of my day and weren't even willing to meet half way. This place seems to screw something up everytime I buy something there.

The customer service center is a pretty good place almost everything I've ever returned I've gotten total refund except for the exception of two times. I do find in the total store the lack of customer service is definitely evident. Usually find the workers try to avoid you or don't make eye contact so that they can complete whatever task they're doing for the times that a worker came and helped those were good. Also find that this Canadian Tire does not have everything that Canadian Tires have they've changed their whole line of paint now they're paint is only matchable to Canadian Tire paint pretty much or any of the paint brands that they only keep on tap now. Looking for a specific stain to which they don't even carry close to. I just found that before they changed the paint section they did have that type of pain weird.

Chaotic to find what you want. I've been here a few times and every time I leave more frustrated than when I arrived. I had the mechanics tell me I need a new battery even though I just replaced it in my van so I had an independent mechanic test it and they said it was fine. That battery lasted the remainder of the cars life which was a couple years. Trying to find shelf dowells was an annoying nightmare, and the staff didn't know if they had any. Avoid going here. You're better off getting your car worked on by an independent mechanic, and getting your hardware needs done from home hardware or somewhere else.

Have been to other Cat's around. This was by far the most helpful. The women was busy but told me that I would be helped next. Part I was after was not on the shelf. She looked it up and go me one.

Another Canadian Tire did not plug my tire correctly and by the time I got to Strathroy my tire was completely flat. Amanda from the Auto Service center was a huge help with everything I needed. Great service!
