We went in to puchase a mattress planning on spending over a thousand dollars. They had one on clearance for eight hundred. They had us lay on a totally different brand saying it would be the same feeling. Of course different brands will feel different!! They would not lay the mattress down for us to try it because it might get dirty even though it was in pl astic! NO SALE MADE!! I would give ZERO stars if i could!

Simply put DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS AT THIS STORE. Poor customer service. Go to the Burlington store. Well worth the trip and they have what you need.

Purchased a grill cover in May 2014. The product carried a 3 year warranty. I retained the UPC code from the box and sales receipt. The cover did not last and tore in multiple places. When I returned it, I was first told that it only carried a one year warranty and that it was no longer covered. When shown the receipt and UPC code, the store owner then told us that it was not a Kenmore product, even though the UPC code had the word Kenmore right on it. He told us that the name Kenmore is embroidered on all Kenmore covers and that we did not purchase the item from his store. He was not very pleasant about it. We insisted and since there were other customers listening he exchanged our torn one for a new Kenmore cover. When we got the new one home we discovered that there was no Kenmore name embroidered anywhere on the new cover. Even though we have always made our large appliance and other large purchases there, we will not be returning. We don't like being bullied or lied to.
