High quality products. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. In my ten or so years of ordering from them, I can only think of one mistake.

Thank Goodness a friend recommended Upper Canada in Toronto to us. We tried Richelieu and Marathon and they just frustrated us. No answers and no pricing. Mike at Upper Canada asked us a few questions, seemed to know exactly what worked for us and what we were looking for, better than we knew ourselves. He followed up in a timely manner and answered every question along the way. Sounds Cliche, but I don't think we could have chosen handles without him.

This comment is specifically for their Upper Canada Vancouver team (Aaron Schur and Jonathan Ruballos). I placed an order back in a November for a residential door with another local supplier and because of some issues they had, the job was transferred from Justin Schur at CP distributers to Aaron Schur with Upper Canada in February. Dealing with Aaron did start off ok at first, but weeks past by and our condos closing date was approaching quickly and he starts to fail miserably at communicating, replying back to me and I need to start hounding him for updates. All I asked for was to pay and to get an installation date confirmed. On April 20th Aaron confirmed to me I'd have both of my requests by end of day and that afternoon he just vanished. There's no contact email for them on the web so I called John his partner and he said he'd pass on the message that I called. We were very upset as the deadline past and no new door for the new owners. We get a text the next morning from Aaron saying Aaron he got upset I called John and he didn't want the stress and is wiping his hands clean. What a joke and what a loser!!! I have an invoice from Upper Canada, an order number from them, an email May5th from their Sudbury office saying their still managing the installation dates and today an email from John saying they have no order from me, no install date and for me to not contact them anymore. What a bunch of lies. Oh I have about 4 months of texting correspondence with Aaron as well. See you in court! DO NOT DEAL WITH UPPER CANADA VANCOUVER!!!
