Staff extremely unhelpful. Could not have cared less about selling me a lawn mower and just ignored me even after I asked for help. Obviously they don't want to sell anything and that is fine with me. Can't understand why this store is even in business. Reno Depot was much easier and friendlier and I bought my lawn mower there instead. Thanks Home Depot for letting me know where NOT to shop.

We went to home depot (Pointe-Claire) for a portable air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, Pointe-Claire location is sold out, but the AC department manager able to help us locate the only one available in Great Montreal area, which is the home depot Laval. He made a call and reserved for us.

I go to Home Depot if not every day every second day. I was very impressed When I saw the store manager in the parking lot bringing shopping carts back into the store. Today I Was looking For someone to help me in the plumbing department and sure enough a lady by the name of Claire asked me if I need any help I looked and I said to myself really a woman in the plumbing department. Ohh boy Was I wrong she knew EVERYTHING. The paint department, Tile department and Electrical are very knowledgeable. The tool department Mr. Robert is fantastic. Unfortunately I couldn’t give a five star Because the TOOL rental department needs to improve with people skills. But other than that it’s a great store. Oh I almost forgot to mention Frank at Seasonal department. 👍🏻
