Absolutely horrible after Rona took over for Marcil. Lumber quality dropped and prices increased. How do you justify a price increase for lower quality wood (More profit?). Furthermore, the customer service in the lumber yard is awful as a result of Rona cutting hours when the men and women were already short staffed. Basically it seems Rona cares more about there pockets than providing quality building materials in a timely manner at a reasonable price. As a contractor, building several homes every year and purchasing ALL of my material from what use to be Marcil, I will be looking for another business to support. If you can shop somewhere else.

There were plenty of workers there to help, with enough cashiers to get you through. Fast and courtious that's a good combination.

One star for service as I always have a headache when needing to return/exchange an item purchased from a different Rona, old systems can’t recognize bar codes or are simply unaware of the process. Why is it called Rona?

Great service from all.

Just ok for a hardware store. They have subpar quality wood that have way to many imperfections for the prices charged.
