I try to avoid coming to this store and location as much as humanly possible, however, the few times that I must, CONSISTENTLY, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, there are NEVER any sales associates on the floor, no matter what time of the day or day of the week!! To rectify, I am told I have to go to the Customer Service desk to have an associate paged (how is that good customer service--to be told to wait in a customer service line to get service?!?!), but there's only 1 overworked-to-death employee at the counter, who has a massive lineup ahead of them, their phone is ringing off the hook, employees are getting their attention them to give product/take away products, it's a disastrous, disorganized, overwhelming ZOO! When I finally do get an overworked associate, they are exhausted, very rude and sarcastic and out of patience. I ALWAYS leave here in a bad mood and ridiculed. Clearly there is a staffing issue at this store and head office needs to sort it out, it is purely out of management's control. ..

I don't know why we put up with service like this. So hard to get help, people couldn't be bothered. Must be at delivery site from 7am - 7pm! Lol, ridiculous. Home Depot has much better service and worth the extra km to go there.

I knew what I wanted. I found it easily and I left. No need to get help from any of the staff. In and out within a few minutes.

Reno Depot is missing all the key elements for basic renovations. Rona or Home Depot offers much more choices from screws to lightning. Reno-Depot is very disapointing. We are in Lasalle and we are stuck going to other stores constantly.
