I feel a bit silly leaving this, but it seems like the only way the voice my frustration. I spent about 500-600$ at this location in the past month renovating my flat. I then made a few spare keys. They were improperly cut so I returned to get them replaced. The gentleman at the counter said he couldn't do anything unless I had my receipt, as people would simply come back and "se faire des clefs a l'infini". Why anyone would do that is beyond me, and I explained that I had spent hundreds of dollars of late, and that there must be somebody who recognized me, and that five dollars couldn't mean more than my business. Alas, no, they refused to do anything for me as that is procedure, no receipt, no refund. But remember, they are the ones that didn't do the task properly. I returned with my receit, and only one of the poorly cut keys, so they only refunded one. I understand that they have a procedure they are told to follow, but I suppose you get what you pay for: you pay someone minimum wage, and you get minimum effort and empathy. In the end, for a key that probably costs them 1$ or less, and this I explained, they are losing my business in permanence. I am studying to be a cabinet maker, and love home restorations and the like, so imagine the tools, wood, paint, etc that they would have sold at this and other rona locations. The power we hold in soceity is not as a voter, but as a consumer. I recommend Villa Nova on Belanger, and Langevin & Forest on pie ix for those who care about getting service that caters to the individual. Peace

I was looking for very specific items and found everything I needed. I asked for help from an employee to find what I was looking for and he helped me very kindly. The prices are fair. I recommend this place.
