I had an awesome poor customer service experience at this store. So my story I ordered 6 Krylon white spray paint cans online on a Saturday and had them for pick up in store. I received my email available ready for pick up on Sunday that is the day before Monday. However the moment I entered the store on Sunday, I was transformed into an invisible man and had the priviledge to wait behind an empty counter with no persons serving the online pick up orders. I asked two persons and they said to wait. So i waited 32 minutes before getting served. The customer representative came with Krylons cans but to my astonishment instead of receiving 6 white satin krylon cans the latter handed me over 6 black cans maybe the order was processed by Harry Potter transforming white cans in black. After 32 minutes of waiting, the customer representative/associate went to see if there were white color cans and he gave me six glossy white as the White satin were not available. It took an additional 15 minutes for this exchange. However I was so happily frustrated for waiting 47 minutes and wouldn't want to go throughout all the order, pick up process. I decided to take the white gloss spray cans. Next time I will try Home Depot. Please never go do your grocery before going to this store because my milk in my car trunk turned into cheese after the waiting useless time, i could have watched one episode of Iron fist on Netflix. That was experience so get ready for yours..at this store

Excellent service, as usual. This time went looking for led lights for the kitchen and they had a good selection.

Good selection. Fair prices. Cashiers need to speed it up though. Better training from the management team needs to be put into place to help them do their jobs more efficiently.

Summer time so alot of seasonal workers who either hangout with their buddy or hangout in the store without knowing how to answer any questions, they are unqualified and don't help. Training needs to be better and hiring need to filter. Otherwise store have variety of choice and none seasonal workers help but they aren't enough of them
