Was less than 24h late for a promotion on polymeric sand. They would not honor the promo price. I lost $100. Other stores (Patrick Morin, Home Depot, Costco) generally honor promotions especially if you just missed the promotion by less than 24h. Moving forward I will prioritize shopping elsewhere.

Bought plants advertised at 6.80$ as opposed to 16.98$. At the check out, registered at 12.98$ I advised the clerk of the mistake and went with employee outside to confirme 6.80$ price. They proceeded at said price but I reminded them of the consumer protection act of price accuracy law. (Less then 10$ item is free when falsely priced). Manager was arrogant and showed me a part of the law. I showed her the entire article but she walked away. I returned items and went back out to take pictures of all the 6.80$ special prices signs and they magically evaporated. Shameful behaviour.

DON'T EVER GO THERE!! It's the worst customer service I have ever seen at a hardware store! Was waiting in line at the customer service because no one was available to unlock the cage to get a 20$ reel of electrical cable. While I was waiting a couple arrived and waited at the other side of the customer service counter. The clerk clearly saw me waiting in line and after he was done with the customer in front of me, he turned to the couple that just arrived to serve them instead of me that had been waiting 5 minutes at this point. They also take 5 minutes with him (he was alone at the help desk) before he then FINALLY decides it's time to ask me what I need help with. I just needed an employee to unlock the cage for me to get my cable. He then proceeds to call the employee on the intercom to the cage. I go there and wait another 5 minutes before any one shows up and the one employee that shows up stops on the way to help another client!!! I waited over 15 minutes for something that literally should have taken 30 seconds. I live right next to that store and I am NEVER going back, I prefer to drive 15 minute to another store than bring them my business.

Clean, bilingual staff helped us when we needed assistance and left us to browse as we wanted.

Had a great shopping experience to the point that I want to mention it. I had gotten a few things that I wanted but I was still missing a couple of items and when I went to check out the nice young lady at the cash informed me where I could find the missing items I needed. I wish I remembered her name but she had black hair and some tattoos. Fantastic service great job keep it up!
