Ordered material for delivery. Both the ordering and delivery was a total farce. I was told that delivery would be morning. They turned up 8pm and proceeded to clown around for over an hour. The gravel bags were mostly ripped, scattering gravel all over the street. Then they dropped a pallet off the forklift truck. It was the most unprofessional service I've ever seen. I will never purchase material for delivery from here ever again. they can't be trusted.

I don't review places. Like, ever. So I have gone out of my way to say I have never received sich terrible customer service. After being told deliveries typically happen before 1, when my pergola hadn't arrived by 2, I called. The lady on the phone literally told me "check your bill; it says 8 to 8. We would never have told you one. There's no way to guarantee that." And then hung up. The delivery guy finally arrived at 5:30, asked me to move the car in front of our house--which isn't ours--and said that "handling isn't included" and the package was quite large. When I asked him how big, exactly, are we talking about, he said flatly that he doesn't know the exact dimensions. He finally agreed to drive his forklift around to the alley, and because he didn't want to "risk it", left the large package at the end of the alleyway. A good 20 feet away. I am *never* doing business with these people again.

I normally don't do this but this store is a disaster. No staff ( our guy in the end was doing 5 jobs and did his best), and the cutting center was down. Fire the general manager man,. Wow

Perhaps one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. This is my first time ever writing a review, and honestly I hope it is my last. I arrived at the RenomDepot on saint Jacques to pick up a sliding door I purchased online. I went to the customer service counter where I waited 10 minutes to be served because the person behind the counter was filling in some piece of paper. Once served the man said it will only be a moment. 45 minutes later I am still standing in the same spot waiting for my door. In that time I saw 5 employees leave on smoke breaks, one person taking candy and walking around aimlessly, and multiple people passing the buck on who will go get my door. After spending nearly 35k in this store for my renovation, this wîll be the last time I ever purchase anything from them. I work in an industry where customer service is king, and the way I was treated while being A paying customer is laughable.
