Très souvent ils n'ont pas les spéciaux de la circulaire en stock. "On va vous les commander vous les aurez la semaine prochaine. On vous appelle dès que ça arrive." La semaine suivante arrive, pas d'appel de leur part. J'appelle parece que je veux vraiment le spécial et mystère ils n'ont pas commandé/ne trouvent plus c'est qui qui devait s'en occuper, etc... Désolé le spécial est fini! De plus, plusieurs membres de leur staff n'ont pas leur place dans le service à la clientèle. Bêtes, impolis, te donnent l'impression que tu les dérangent. Overall ce n'est pas une bonne place selon moi.

J'ai été chercher des matériaux mardi matin je crois avoir été servie par le proprio au comptoir et dans la cour service exceptionnel. Par contre 3jours plus tard j'ai retourné pour d'autre matériaux j'ai été reçu dans la cour par un jeune qui n'a pas appris la politesse manque de respect incroyable de sa part il nous as même suggéré d'aller acheter ailleurs la prochaine fois. Vraiment déçu pour le reste du staff car pour un seul mauvais employés je ne remettrai jamais les pieds dans se magasin et je le déconseille à tout mes clients Desole mais fallait le dire
