Found the best price for the items i was looking to buy. Floor staffers and cashier services where quick and friendly. Available Online inventory matches items in store.

PLEASE save yourself the trip and go to Rona at Galeries d'Anjou. THis Reno Depot has disgusting customer service, when you manage to find it. When i am giving you my money, I'll speak in the language I am comfortable with, wouldn't kill you to practise your english. Employees stole a piece of material I brought in to have measured and re cut with plywood, when asked to see the camera they refused show me footage, making the excuse that the person in charge of cameras wasn't in that day... AVOID.

Long waits in line. If you get stuck behind someone who has 20,000$ worth of construction materials i feel sorry for you. No speed lanes for customers with few items. Other then that prices are reasonable and plenty of items to choose from as expected from big box hardware.

Reno Depot at Anjou just horrible. Lost 1.5 hours to find simple article with no success at all. Staff is completely unprofessional and unfriendly. Customer service is zero. Changed 6 clerks and manager finally, with no result. Horrible!!!!!
