I wanted to reserve a truck after purchasing close to $1000 worth of insulation online. They refused to reserve the truck and the equipment to blow the insulation in my attic. Complete nonsense. Management clearly didn't think this policy through. Sep 30 Update - They insisted i pick up my order on Sunday even thought their blowing machine was broken (being fixed). I rented a blowing machine elsewhere and hired someone to help me for the project. I was there at 8am and i get "i'm very sorry sir, we no longer have all the insulation you need, they gave it to another customer". No solutions provided. What a mess. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Always problems. Never the right orders. It's alright for small things. But terrible for big orders.. They mess up my orders almost every time...

Bad service.. Bought a fountain 3 months ago, the pump suddenly stopped working, they accepted to change it for me, it took them 3 weeks to transfer it from another store. When i came to get it, it was obvious it was a floor model, even though I stressed that I won't accept a floor model when they agreed to change it..
