We gutted our bathrooms and got all our fixtures through them, right from the tub to taps, to faucets, etc. I realized this is a place for the pro's to shop, so I did my research online on what to look for in good quality pieces (the box stores have the value lines whereas this store carries higher lines of the same makes). The staff was friendly, helped us with questions, and even let us climb in the tubs to see how they fit. Because they aren't a retail store for DIYers, you have to do your own research and then go in knowing what you are looking for. Example, we could by a Maxx tub from a box store, but I wanted one with more than 4 block legs under it (the one we chose had eight and a solid wood panel under for support - and we still added a mortar mix under it), and a double lip which reduces the chance for moisture to ever get behind it and allows you to tile (we did three piece cultured marble) the surround and not have it right down to the tub surface. You have to do some of your own research. But they are a supplier for the pro's who don't have to ask typical DIYer's questions. We will definitely buy all our bathroom pieces through them in the future.

I went there to buy new shower fixtures. Had pictures of what was currently in my shower so they knew what I had to work with. Told them what I was looking for and they pointed out my options. I picked a shower head that THEY suggested. Turns out it won't work with fixtures I have. Plus when I tried to return it they gave me a 15% restocking fee. First of all, they should have mentioned this in the first place, and secondly, the customer should not have to pay for the employee's mistake. It's not my fault they don't know how to do their job and I shouldn't have to pay for it. So if anybody needs help with finding the right fixtures and amenities, don't go here because they apparently don't know what they're talking about!

First of all Nicki, Wolseley is a place where professional's shop, like plumbers, HVACR professionals etc. It is not a place for amature do-it-your-selfers. If you don't know what parts you need you and you just buy them blindly then you should pay a restocking fee just for wasting everyone's time. Unless you are a business with an account you should probably just go to the home depit and see how useful some of those guys with the orange aprons are. Good luck with that.
