Took my dad here so he could pick up a new computer and some computer stuff and hard drives etc. The employee mike ( the tall, new one ) was really rushed and non shalaunt and acted like my dad asking him for other adapters and hard drives and asking questions about keyboards was such a pain for him and he couldn’t be bothered , he was pretty rude , especially considering my dad spent 1148.45$ seriously , someone comes in and is spending that much money in your store , is it really too much to ask for some good customer service ? On another note they don’t have prices on their merchandise so we kept having to ask how much is this and how much is that and the guy was again very annoyed with this . Well , put your prices on your items and we won’t have to bother you , sorry customers in your store are such a pain to you . To make matters worse the other mike with a beard , the shorter one who’s been there forever was so polite to the customer next to us and carried her stuff out without even asking . and my dad who walks with a limp had to ask for help to carry out . I’ll tell you , I won’t ever be back and will never make a purchase there and I’m sure gonna tell all my friends to avoid this place

I can always get good information from these people to solve problems that I need to fix. One of the best places to pick up anything computer or phone related! I usually buy my internet and HDMI cables here at great prices! I got all of this for around $50...

I had a memory stick which was corrupted and it had all my family pictures and other important data on it. I was so upset I was going to lose all my memories. I took it in and Jared B. assisted me. He diagnosed it for me first in order to see if my files could be retrieved and he managed to save all my pictures and data and transfer it onto another stick for me. I almost hugged him...I was so thankful. And the price for everything was under $50 whereas I had received an estimate from another place just over the phone and they quoted me a STARTING rate of $250 and past $600!! And that was without even diagnosing it first. For any future technological issues or purchases, I will be coming here and I will be telling everyone I know to visit your establishment first before anywhere else. Exceptional customer service and outstanding prices. I am highly impressed and so very grateful for all you did for me!

Sales manager was a tad rude...maybe he was having a bad day.. I'll cut him some slack.. This store is in trouble when the competition opens up down the street. They need to pay their employees better if they want to keep the better staff.. owner that is directed at you... Rio is very good to deal with.

Found a gem. I couldn’t find the USB cord that I wanted and staff from Best)&# told me to go check OTV. In minute I got what I wanted. They have good quality stuff with low prices. Check them out.
