Somebody better call missing persons because no matter how hard you look you can't find an associate anywhere. Like seriously, I occasionally find myself wandering through these doors completely forgetting why I hate coming to this location so much. But I'm quickly reminded by the 12-person long line up with only one till open and four associates standing by the next till over talking about how much fun they had camping over the weekend. I swear to God the model of this store is "sorry that's not my job"...

Canadian Tire is an absolutely huge store that has an amazing selection of a wide variety of items if you can't find something here it's possible that it doesn't exist this is a great place to come for tools automotive supplies Hardware kitchen cooking items outdoor items and so on I like the sales they have on oil I often buy my oil and then bring it to a place which does my oil changes for a very good price I think that Canadian tire has reasonable service I like their kiosks that show you where the products are and I think they try to do a very good job there is a Canada post outlet in the store the store is usually clean with wide aisles and you're not stepping into boxes of products ready to be shelved overall my experience here has been very good

Colossal fail...AGAIN!!! There is absolutely no point in checking on their website to find out if they have a product in stock before you drive in from out of town to get something! There is a complete disconnect between what the website says is available and what is actually in the store. The website said there were 22 in store of the product I was looking for when in actuality there were 0!!! I thought maybe I was looking in the wrong place, but good luck getting any customer service help. When I did finally get "help" from someone they had no clue because it wasn't their department. I must say thank you though... instead of substituting an alternate product for what I was looking for, I took my business across the street to Superstore where the exact product I was looking for was actually in stock and CHEAPER!

Drop my car off clean and pick up a bit dusty on the driver side. The technician or the Machanic seriously need to learn how to respect other people’s car! I’ll give them a second chance in a month. Thanks

The store appears to be in between seasonal changes with many empty shelves. A staff member was leaving the building telling customers that the registers were down and I watched many people turn around. Didn't bother me, but I went in anyway and 20 minutes later when I went to the checked out the registers where functioning just fine.
