Guys were cool to let me come in to get propane just before closing. Thanks. They are always friendly and accommodating.

Don't feel like getting out of your car? Too cold to stand outside? Find a COOP gas bar and receive fabulous service. They will check your oil and wash your windows for free but a tip is always very nice and never expected by the very appreciative staff.

I'm usually comfortable with (my favorite) co-op gas bars at 8th st. or any co-op in Saskatoon but with this co-op gas bar with a lady who talked to me, she had the perfect description of a ghetto attitude. While I was talking to the cashier lady about my declined payment this one lady came up out of no where apparently aware of what's going on. I was going to ask the cashier lady if I could leave my ID (driver's license), but before I even mentioned about it, this lady just blurted out without introducing who she was, she said that, I can not leave my ID, have to walk and leave my car or have someone to come and pay for my bill. My question is, what if I did not have anybody to call, what if there was a snow storm, what if my son was waiting to get picked up from school or there was an emergency, they won't let me leave the store because they don't require IDs but to leave my car. This is very alarming if co-op operates this way. I had my visa number thru online banking but I can not use it without a visa card. I value the convenience of co-op gas bar to their dedicated customers like me, except this lady from this co-op who was not very professional or well trained to deal with the customers in distress. She's giving the customers a hard time that could possibly invert our views toward co-op from being a convenient gas/store into an inconvenient store with bad attitude. I still have high regards for Co-op but please try to hire someone with empathy and care for your good reputation. Still giving co-op 5 stars, it's not them, it's the workers from this co-op or maybe just the manager who was lack of skills and amateurish for her position. First time ever happened to be declined and visa is getting renewed for fraud risk because of online shopping I did just recently. A random bad luck got in my way, saw this co-op to fill my not so empty tank with gas without thinking anything bad could happen, also, it's not the usual place where I fill my gas tank, otherwise I wouldn't be detained for almost an hour inside the store. The ambiance in this co-op was different from the rest and now I know why. Hoping anyone from co-operative could read this and give answers to my concern.

At the co-op we went to, the propane wasn't accessible. They said it didn't work
