Canadian tire is excellent. Lots of staff. Appreciate the help buttons in the aisles. Staff very knowledgeable as to where to find items. Huge variety of seasonal, house and automotive stuff. If you are looking for anything, check out Canadian tire. I must say I have been in there when staff were making overhead pages in Filipino which I did not find appropriate. Probably just a reminder that Canada has 2 official languages.

Here from Alaska. Lost the radiator cap on the motor home. Went there on a Sunday afternoon, and the had had a replacement. Had never heard of the store prior to our visit to Whitehorse. Now one of my favorites. Everything you need in a one-stop environment.

You would think that with the word Tire in their name they would at least be qualified to install a new set of tires but you would be mistaken. Your service advisors were friendly (except the one who tried to get me to buy tires somewhere else) but it didn't keep your technicians from screwing up the one job I asked them to do. Do better, Canadian Tire. Won't be back.

Competitive pricing and attractive deals. Pretty good choices too.But very poor customer service. Some of them are rude. Looks like they don't like customers asking any help.

We had a tire issue (CT product) and dropped into this store to get it checked out, I have not had a good experience with CT prior to this however we were out the door after a $0 warranty work which included balancing and rotation in 45 mins. So kudos to these folks, a pat on the shoulders for a good job done.
