Our dog was welcomed and treated well. In a short notice they were very accommodating. Sunshine enjoyed herself.

The hours are that they open at 7 am. My husband called the day prior to confirm and schedule a drop off for grooming. When he arrived the next day around 8am doors were locked no lights on. He turns around to come home, gets a call from the groomer explaining the owner didn't show up to open with apologies. He goes back and drops our Chihuahua off. When he picks her up she's still partially wet! Takes her home and finished the job. I come home to a dog who has never had such a choppy grooming ever. It's uneven, choppy, blunt uneven cuts and I could have done a better job. I'm not impressed. Might have been a rough day for the business but I'm not going back for another try. With two 1 ☆ reviews I'd think twice!

Well the staff was friendly and I needed it done on a specific day so I used this place. However this is by far the worst place IV been to. When my dog came out with no hair I was pretty pissed. Also they didn't even get the cut hair off of him. He was just covered in hair. I'm not sure if that is standard practise there however I could have done that non professional cut my self. I will never use this place again and I honestly wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends or family. I'm actually suspicious that they didn't even wash him. If it was 30 dollars I would have been like OK I see but at 63 dollars I really don't understand what we paid for.
