Excellent selection of product but man do I wish there was a self checkout to avoid the absolutely depressing staff you have up front. Every location I've been to is like this. Hire some happy cashier's that actually have customer service skills. Edit to add: three stars was too generous.

Always find what I need! Went to PS and they had no water bottles for small mammals and Pet valu did. Staff are always helpful and friendly when I go in! There is one staff member (medium length grayish hair, shes kinda tall) who is semi rude when you ask if they have certain food in stock etc. She gets short quickly it feels like even if you were not rude in your inquiry. I understand stock runs out. That's business. But snapping at me if I ask if you carry the bigger bags of something is a pretty innocent question! Maybe just work on customer relations a bit. Still a great place to go.

Dog wash is an awesome feature and the staff are always friendly! Great assortment of dog treats.

I love the all natural selection and i could get over the high prices, what i can’t get over is the continuous laissez-faire customer service. My biggest problem is their sales tags. I understand the practice to wheel customers in and then hoping they don’t check the prices at the till but they have these big signs advertising 20% off a specific brand of dog bed but the fine print is like 4 select beds, sure fine, but the only have 2 in stock, NO WHERE NEAR THE SIGN! On top of that there was a small sales tag advertising 15% off specific dog toys. after the dog bed fiasco we asked if those too were on sale at the till and the salesman said no. The tags ended up being expired on August 1st. it’s august 9th, those signs shouldn’t be up still! I would be forgiving but the salesman was so dismissive and rude saying it said august first on the sign. This type of this has happened multiple times before at this location and we’ve gotten so sick of the rude customer service we’re finding a different pet store. Hopefully management implements different practices with their signage to stop robbing unsuspecting and trustworthy customers.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They suggested mixing my grandpa-cat's dry and wet food so he would start eating again and now he's eating normally ♡. We also got an automatic litter box and the cats love it, so clean and easy, only smell when it needs to be changed. This is our regular pet-stop.
