Service has always been decent. We always get our westie shaved here by Lacey. She is always is done within a few hours and she's not too stressed out when I come and get her. Lots of made in Canada treats in store. Some a very local in Alberta so I really don't mind spending the extra dollar for Canadian quality products.

I have bought a few items here before and the experience was ok, even if prices were a little high. I was planning on making this my go to stop for dog food going forward, but I happened to buy my dog food early on customer appreciation night and so I came back to return the food and then buy it again at the discount. I decided I would also buy some more treats for my dog so that I was not just coming back for a refund, and they just gave me the 15% back on the cost of my dog food through the treats instead of making me return it, but then did not give me the customer appreciation bag full of goodies that they were giving everyone else. I did not feel appreciated as a customer at all, and felt like they were snubbing me for coming to their event, even though I came back to buy more items.

They do not know how to groom dogs. They only remove hair. Have given them a second chance with the same poor results. i might as well cut my dogs hair myself. couldn't be much worse than what they do.

I am thrilled with the great job Jaycee did grooming my pup, Shady. She is usually nervous during grooming appointments which would result in choppy, uneven cuts. But her anxiety didn't phase Jaycee at all. This is the cutest my pup has ever looked. She seems pretty happy about it also!

Always such a great experience. I will continue to come here for the helpful staff and quality products.
