Bath, shave and nail caps on, all under an hour! Our little guy looks and smells amazing! The team is so friendly and answered all my questions. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you to the team at The Paw!

I cannot believe how rude these people are... and right from the second you walk in!! She could barely be bothered to even say hello. I was then told I must pick up the dog exactly when they call in 2 hours. Well I booked the appt weeks ago... and I had a meeting to attend so said I would come in 3 hours. This was not okay!! If my dog is a problem for you... then say so and I will find another groomer who knows how to handle dogs and actually likes their job! Oh and they charge $150++ for a groom! Ridiculous! Edit: Go to that dog spa up the road in windermere if you want a great experience with friendly dog loving people!!

My dogs feel cared for and safe here. These groomers have high standards for style and are great at working with my dogs. Our puppy has been learning how to get groomed and we have been so great full for the guidance we have received from The Paw. Our older dog has anxiety and has learned to be quite comfortable during her sessions.

Great attention to detail, very upfront with her plans to address matting and brush-out, and my puppy came back with a cute little bowtie. He’s happy; I’m happy. All good😁

My little Dixie always looks (and smells) fabulous after her bath and blow-out. Kayla did her very first groom and will hopefully do all the ones to come too! My only complaint is that I haven’t been able to get through to make another appointment but it’s all good. I’ll keep trying!
