Extremely disappointed with this place. Came here expecting an excellent haircut for my puppy and left with just a bath for her after 3 hours from dropping her off. The lady never called us to notify us that she wouldn't be able to give our puppy a haircut and how much longer it would take. When we got back to the shop, she told us that she had been busy cutting other dogs nails and that's why she hasn't had time to do much work. I'm extremely frustrated by this place because we had a set appointment and she gave us an exact time of when she would be done. I don't think it was right of her to take in other dogs and postpone the haircut for our puppy seeing as how we made a clear appointment and she gave us a set time to come back. THEY CHARGED US $42.00 FOR A BATH/TIDY WHEN A FULL HAIRCUT COSTS $60. That's the most expensive price ive seen for our little puppy who weighs less then 5 pounds. Nonetheless, this place puts the air conditioning to what feels like the highest setting. We saw some other dogs that were being cut when we arrived shivering on the table. Our dog looked better coming in then going out. Her face looks absolutely terribly cut. Overall disappointed and had higher expectations..

I brought my labradoodle in to get groomed and they did an excellent job. The customer service was great. Was extremely happy and will be coming back again.

My mom, visiting from out of province, was weary about bringing her fur-baby to a stranger for a grooming session. This place has great reviews and was nearby so we gave it a shot. I can’t stress enough how worried my mom was but she was very very pleased at the result of her appointment. Definitely recommend and will return when they come back to the city!!

A GEM of a Poodle Parlour!! I found this little gem of a doggie Poodle Parlour a couple years ago.... and they are WONDERFUL PLACE for your pet!! They're a very small shop... they never overload with too many pets in shop at one time (which is much safer for your pet). I have a 4lb ten yr old Pom-a-Poo and a Pom-Chi age 7yrs... she does a great job & NO STRESS from too many dogs in facility. Rates are competitive & well worth the service. Easy to find on Kingsway & a wonderful experience!!

Always a nice visit for my dogs. They always come out looking amazing. Best part, as their hair grow out, they look even better not like other groomers where you have to go back every month to maintain a look.
