The staff here are very knowledgeable. I had a hard time finding a low calorie food that did not have poultry as my dog is allergic. The staff took the time to help me find a food that would work. There is a huge selection of foods, toys and other animal accessories.

First time visitor. Absolutely wonderful store. The shelves are not overstuffed, too crowded or high. You can easily see and grab what your looking for. The staff all seem happy and work with you if you have questions. Clean, spacious and great prices. My dog wandered around the store and seemed comfortable where she normally is reluctant. (Always trust your pet's instincts) if my pet is happy, I'm happy. I will definitely be returning. Thank you to the wonderful staff as well for being available but not in our face.

Best selection of pet supplies in the city! It is spacious and not crowded - and pets are welcome! Every brand of supply or clothing or food you are looking for seems to be there. They are great with the pets who come in and even have "accident" stations placed around the store in case of a "situation!"

Great customer service. Thank you for providing me with high quality, whole meat cat food with good prices and free shipping. I feel much better about feeding my cat recognizable food than the disgusting “food” filled with corn and hormones (?!) that I can buy them at the grocery store.

Stephanie and all the girls were so nice and helped me out greatly. They are perfect for their job, very customer orientated. Thanks for the great shopping experience.
