Update 30 June 2018: Changed my original rating of this location. In the last two years, this location has been out of stock of our brand and flavour of dog food about 50% of the time. Very unreliable in that respect, amd considering changing the store I go to after I finish my next free bag card. Worst day to try to get items you need seems to be Saturdays. Original reviews from 2016: Great selection of pet supplies, and the prices were decent. This location has a self serve dog wash, which includes all the soap, towels, etc.

We have tried multiple times to support this store simply because they are in our neighborhood. It has been one disappointment after another. We simply want to order a specific type of cat food for our elderly cat. I must mention that they do sell it, but never have enough in stock. We had to special order our last flat of the food and we waited 10 days. I got a voicemail that the item was in, showed up to pick it up the next day to find out that because I did not call back immediately they sold it to another customer. You would think this would be quite simple and straightforward. When you order something and you come to pick it up in a day or two, it should be there. Apparently this was too long for them to hold it. I know I can walk into one of the big box retailers and the cat food I want will be sitting on the shelf. We have really tried to help out this company, unfortunately we will be going elsewhere from now on.

Friendly staff and nice location. The store is a little small but well stocked.

Good sales, clean store, friendly staff. Also they have 2 very nice self serve dog washing stations. Soap, towels and treats supplied. Rarely a hold up.

There's a charming little fluffy kitten named Izzy. Go adopt her!
