It's clean and organized. I was able to find what I needed right away and the things I couldn't find the staff was able to find for me. I asked a few questions about pet adoption and they were able to educate me right away. They already knew the process and how much it would cost for each animal. I wouldn't hesitate coming back again.

I love this pet store. They have ample variety of bird seeds mix and the prices are lower compared to other pet shops. The store is very clean and the staffs are friendly and very informative. They take good care of all the animals in the shop. I bought a couple of budgies here a year ago.

This is a big box pet store which stocks a large variety of dog products, a decent selection of cat products, and a small selection of products for other pet species. However, they seem to have issues with maintaining consistent stock levels and I find they're frequently out of stock on the products I'm looking for. I have always found the staff here to be friendly and reasonably helpful. At least one of the staff members asks about my animals whenever he sees me and is genuinely happy to hear about them. The staff also seem to love all of the animals that visit and sometimes I see the cashiers give the dogs treats! They usually have a small selection of adoptable rescue cats from PawsitiveMatch who always seem well looked after. I always see different cats so I assume that they're adopted out quite successfully. This location also offers grooming services, but I have never used them. I probably won't because the majority of their one star reviews seem to involve this service.

Store is clean and doesn't have any odors as you enter the store like many other pet stores(especially the big ones). Staff is truly interested in animals. Fish are well cared for and not just sold to make money. They want to know your tank is ready first.

A big variety of canine and feline food and items. Offers a few reptiles and birds. Large aquariums available. Staff friendly and I believe the grooming is fine as well. Should improve the environment of the betas. They offer dog training. It would be great if they had pet boarding (also known as pet hotel).
