They are a typical large pet store. They have lots of selection, with an especially good selection of fish, reptiles, birds, and ferrets. We've bought small animals here before and they are often more stressed because the cages are open and the pets can be played with by the public. Their "Pet counsellors" are about the same as any large pet store, so do your own research before going to buy a pet.

I only go when I have too. I have 2 cats, a dog and a hamster. I needed some wet tail drops for my hamster and I couldn’t find them. For how large of a pet store it is you would think there would be someone to ask. Nope! Nobody in sight. So I ended up buying some digestive treats. 20 dollars.... ridiculous prices. I go to pet planet for all my cat and dog needs. They are way friendlier and cheaper.

One of my favourite Petlands to visit! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The only thing that concerned me was the state of the "playroom" for the cat. The floor and toys seemed very dirty, but I chalked it up to it was likely close to the end of the play session, where it would be cleaned afterwards.

I needed cat food. I wanted to find something that wasn't too expensive but still a decent quality. One of the staff came over to me and was incredibly helpful. She had lots of information and helped me find a food that seemed to fit my criteria. It was a great experience. It's nice when there are staff available to help with a purchase.

Well stocked, bright, clean and friendly staff. Little on the pricey side. Nice to go and pet cats or birds. 😊
