We managed to get an appointment here and boy were we excited. The staff was amazing they took the time to listen to us here are concerns answer all the questions and take the time to get to know the puppy as well as make him feel comfortable. He's never been more excited to see his groomer and always comes out looking like a champ. They don't have a mass drop off time which is nice you bring them in and after a couple hours he's ready. He gets that one-on-one attention that I think he deserves and they do an amazing job of caring for him and making sure that he looks and feels amazing. Always excited to go and always just the best environment when you go there. Definitely a thumbs up thank you guys for taking care of him. You definitely are going above and beyond and it's nice to see people that care about him as much as we do.

I have been bringing my pomeranian, Pikachu to Wigglebums for years and even after moving 3 times I will continue to make the 30+ minute drive to the salon. Not only does my dog enjoy her time there but she comes home with an amazing cut every single time and it somehow grows out looking great. I personaly struggle to get the tear stains around her eyes to come out, but she always looks bright eyed and beautiful after her visits at wigglebums. May (a staff member) is amazing and accommodating with my hectic schedule and always has a special interest in making sure my experience there is a good one. We LOVE wigglebums!

I've never brought my dogs here for grooming, so I can't leave any comments on how they groom. But when I called them to ask how they treat dogs and how gentle they are, the lady who answered my phone was laughing out loud treating me like a very impetuous person. My former groomer told me to check the groomer's style before bringing my dogs in for grooming several times emphasizing that there still are many groomers that are rough with dogs. I was trying to protect my dogs' safety as a owner and the lady was not sincere enough to consider my concerns seriously. I called another company and they were super ensuring and very respectful. If this matter is important to you, I just wanted to give a heads up.

Wow what can I say about this company. I just wish there were more than 5 stars that I could give. I've been taking dogs to groomers for more than 20 years and Wigglebums is the absolute best that I've ever used. I have a golden and every time I'd take her somewhere, even after asking if they knew how to groom a golden, she would come out looking so choppy and sloppy, that I would have to try to clean her up and wait for her hair to grow out. Other groomers told me they couldn't get her in the bath or on the table. At Wigglebums, she looks ready for a show, she is more than happy to go and she jumps in the tub and goes on the table with ease. I also have a Springer with separation anxiety, this is the only place I can take him and he's happy to be there. He runs to the groomers and jumps on the table just waiting for his "spa day" and couldn't care less that I'm leaving him. Wigglebums always makes sure that both the dog and you have nothing but the happiest and most positive experience possible. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone that is looking for the best for their fur babies.

Dear Cheong-Min Baek, I have lost the email account for the google page, so I could not log in. I am hoping you would read this by me leaving another review. I am so sorry to offend your feeling. I am very good with scissors and dogs and groom many "wigglebums" but I am clearly lacking human skill. When I was going to assign "a new groomer" to your dogs, you became worried. "A new groomer" to us but she has been grooming for more than 5 years at other salons, and she is a very enthusiastic and patient groomer and has done many feisty or nervous dogs since she joined us. I was just trying to make you feel a bit lighter because most groomers actually don't hurt dogs, that is why I invited you to come take a look at our salon. We are dog groomers because we care for dogs. There are many hard working skilled groomers in this town, and we communicate with each others well between salons. Sounds like you found a good place, and I wish you very best in this town. Again, I am truly sorry for not able to make you feel comfortable with us. Sincerely, May
