Staff is (for the most part aside from some younger girls) are helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't call them over the top customer service wise, but I'd rather someone know what they're talking about over a fake smile any day. Their deals always seem to be better than petvalu as well with a much larger selection.

Love this location. Always friendly staff to help you with whatever your needs are. Assortment of different animals from fish to bearded dragons and birds to snake. They have almost anything your looking for. Accessories galore to choose from for all your animals needs and diets. Also thanks for your sea friends and an arrangement of sizes to choose from. I ALWAYS trust the items and food I purchase from #PetSmart. And I would strongly recommend them to you and anyone else as well.

Have been going here since I bought a house in the area. They do a great job and there has been no issues with keeping and getting appointments, as I have experienced at other groomers. Staff is friendly and know what they are doing. My dogs are always happy after having their baths, haircuts and nails trimmed. Thank you to management and staff at this location.

Brought my puppy here for a bath today. Usually I take him to the one at beacon hill because the reviews here are terrible, but it’s so close to my house and I really needed his nails trimmed and the fur around his feet cleaned up. I now see why there are bad reviews. I get a call saying that they can’t do his nails because my dog is too aggressive. Umm What? My dog has NEVER shown any aggression towards anything ever. I have never even heard him play-growl. And he’s had the very same service done twice at Beacon Hill with no issues. So I go to pick him up and I tell them this and one of the other groomers say it wasn’t really growling, it was more of a high pitched scream, and he wasn’t biting. He was nervous and puppy nipping. Then my groomer says “oh no, he bit one of the other groomers.” Uh huh. Sure. Apparently after this they tried to muzzle him and he freaked. Anyway they offer to try again so I can see and I agree. Mostly so I can see what happens. What I saw was not aggression. It was pure terror. He was literally screaming, and he started to thrash a little, so one had him in a headlock and the other was grabbing his paw to try and clip. Maybe this is how it’s done. I don’t know. But if their solution to a terrified puppy screaming is to put him in a headlock and pin him down, and then try and stick a muzzle over his face, then this is not where I want to bring my dog ever again. They didn’t even try to calm him down when I was there. And I didn’t see him try and nip or bite, he was mostly just trying to get away. So now I’m wondering if he really did “bite” this person, what was he doing to my dog?? I bought clippers, and now his nails are done. All I had to do was give him a couple of treats and not pin him to the ground. Oh also, did not receive a discount, even though he did not get his ears cleaned or his nailed clipped and he didn’t receive a bandana (which are all advertised as part of the package). I will never be back to this pet smart location.

Amazing place. Amazing people. Very helpful. Patiently answers all the questions. Very knowledgeable people in aquarium related questions (in my case). Relatively cheaper prices than others pet stores in the city
