I had the most horrifying experience here. I was in with a clients dog, trying to go places that are dog friendly that will have lots of people to greet. We asked one of the employees to greet our dog as he is human shy. Well ‘Lea’ the dog trainer told us that ‘there are classes for that’ and that she’s the TRAINER’ there. She was extremely rude and condescending. We were not advertising or pushing business on anyone, we simply wanted someone to pet and greet our dog. She was an absolute witch. I will not be spending anymore or my time or money there. People are so egotistical these days. Get your head out of your ass.

Great service and always super friendly. I never have issues finding items and when I do it's easy to find help.

Great customer service. Bought a fish tank light that came with the power cord missing. They let us return/exchange the light without the receipt because we had the petsmart account and they could see it on there.

Met a super awesome cashier named Cassandra today! She made a point to smile, and talk with each of the customers in line but in an efficient and polite manner ^-^ thanks for the awesome customer service!

It's BIG, has all the stuff, some on sale, and gets confused with PetLand and at least one other place, according to the locals. As pet grocery stores go, PetSmart is pretty good.
