Staff was super friendly and helpful. We adopted Joel from the SPCA and he was being housed here. They offered to assist with our shopping but we thought we should do it ourselves. They were willing to go above and beyond.

Enjoy coming here, have been picking up supplies here for years. I wish they had a more consistent supplier for live food, and their fish room needs more attention because I have to track someone down sometimes to get what I need. Other than that, everyone there is super friendly and quick to help. The store is always clean and tidy. And their livestock (fish) are well cared for.

The staff is very friendly and usually knowledgeable. They have a good selection of small animals that you can pet and hold. They also have fish, lizards frogs and other animals like that. They have a great selection of pet foods, toys and accessories. The prices are reasonable overall. I tried to find the same pet food we buy from them on Amazon for a better price but Petland's price was way better. It's a great place to bring kids for a few minutes of fun.

Great staff; very friendly and helpful. Petland also has a rewards program. Free parking and wheelchair accessible.

I have gerbils at home and I love shopping at Pentland. They have good assortment of toys for little critters and a bedding that no other store has. Their prices are reasonable and staff is very helpful
