Thank you so much for taking this dog on! He needed it! The service was amazing and the amount of care for the animals is astounding. The pricing for a complete shave down and everything else was so economical! You did a fantastic job and we are extremely satisfied. The photo shows for itself what they can do! Highly recommend.

My experience was absolutely appalling! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! BELIEVE THE reviews. Not only did they quote me 60.00 and then charge me 20.00 more per dog but they quoted me a 2 hour time and it took 3, and she still wasn't finished. Then blamed it on my dog! They are rude and definately could use some training in Customer Service and being polite and professional period . I wish I would have read these reviews, and listened to people's warnings that I met at the store next door, prior to bringing my dogs here! It's unfortunate that I won't post their opinions but that wouldn't be fair because it's "here say".

I do not recommend this place! I've been bringing my dog here for a few years without an issue. Now that my dog is 14, she is not cooperating with any type of grooming. I mentioned this when I got there and explained that because of her aging, we were having trouble with brushing her and getting her outside in the cold. This is why she hasn't been groomed in four months. She is 4 lbs and can't handle the cold any more. Tammy looked her over and mentions that she is most likely losing her sight and hearing and that's why she may be acting this way. I said, "do what you can, I know she will be difficult." The call me in an hour, and to my surprise, she's already done. I get there and, no Tammy. She left, and let her staff tell me that they will no longer be accepting my dog for a groom because she was uncooperative and matted. My dog had been shaven down to the skin, with bloody gashes everywhere. My dog has not stopped shaking and its been three day. She is severely traumatized. Looks like they only accept dogs with perfect behavior and they do not take the time to be patient with a senior dog.

The prices are too expensive for such an average haircut for my dog. You're better off finding a cheaper place with real pet groomers
